About Eloah Rocha
As a counselor at Los Angeles Children's Hospital for more than nine years, Eloah Rocha is responsible for the youth center's daily activity schedule. The center is a meeting place for siblings of patients currently residing at the hospital, and Eloah Rocha conducts studies geared toward these siblings and evaluates how they cope with having a sick member of the family. She also monitors sibling and patient interaction and recommends remedial therapy for families when applicable.
Eloah Rocha earned a bachelor's degree in child psychology from Boulder University. While attending college, she was a member of the school's swim club and a cheerleader. She also served as a volunteer at the local Boulder hospital.
In her spare time, Eloah Rocha volunteers at an elementary school as a homeroom helper and raises money for after-school programs. She also assists with organizing charitable gatherings pertaining to children with disabilities and women with breast cancer. Additionally, she enjoys staying active and participating in long-distance running, swimming, and biking.
